The burgers here are definitely not cooked fresh. Ive gone here several times and this will be the last time i get a car hop special. Insted of $2.99 it should have been.99 cents. Asked for extra mayo and it looked liked they put the entire jar on my sandwich. This is the worst Sonic around.  BEWARE!!!!!!!!

The absolute worst Sonics in Desoto county!!! Awful attitudes from car hops and person taking order. When I cancelled my order for slushes, he replied by yelling “Thank YOU!” over the speaker as if I messed up his day by placing my order. Car hop was at my window which was partially cracked and didn’t speak until I asked if I could help her. “Didn’t you order this?” I was floored. I must’ve arrived on bad day but it’s not the customers fault that you took a job in food service.

Went to order my food fries were COLD.. BURGERS WERE AWFUL. CARHOP WENT TO GET FRESH FRIES THEY WERE OILY AND NASTY TOO. THIS SONIC IS AWFUL THEY SHOULD CALL THE OTHER SONIC IN HORNLAKE TO GET BETTER BECAUSE IT WAS AWFUL WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN. MONEY JUST WASTED😬😭

My friend and I where treated very disrespectfully At this location. The manager Tracy at the church rd location threatened to fight my friend and made a very big scene in front of all the other customers. We where forced to call the police. Tracy left before speaking with the police adding to the unprofessionability that we experienced. We will tell other people about what happened. We will be sending several emails to corporate. And we will NOT be back.  Hello civil court. I hope sonic is read for this law suit

They are always busy but weather they have a full staff or are short handed they do their best to make sure all orders go out in a timely fashion
