Overall a nice, comfortable hotel. Clean rooms, very friendly staff. I really enjoyed the gym (they have good equipment for a hotel gym and plenty of mirrors), but I wish they had a sticky mat. They had 2 mats there, but they were thin and slippery on the wood floor, not safe for yoga or anything really. I couldn't give 5 stars because the pool was cold and smelled funny (dirty?) and the hot tub was out of order for the duration on my stay.

Great property & staff...I always recommend this hotel to my business associates & sales managers who they travel to town. Convenient to airport when I am picking up or taking back for flights and they do offers airport shuttle for those times when I can offer ground transportation. Only negative is restaurants are close by but pretty far walk to majority of them. There is a restaurant located in hotel but have never eaten there so no idea whether it is good or bad.

Hotel is nice. Older building renovated. Staff Service is not always consistent. Local area is depressed. Concerned in evening walking only a few blocks. Parking only by valet.

Nice clean place. A lot of road noise at night in rooms closer to the road. Light sleepers beware

Charged $200/night when I have stayed at many other HGI locations for much less. We originally considered getting 2 rooms but didn't at that price. The guy at the desk told me they were the last 2 rooms. While we were downstairs, I heard them tell the next 5 people that checked in that they only had 2 rooms left. Ate at the restaurant and the cook took 45 minutes to make a burger and fries (we were the only ones in the restaurant). My son ordered Salmon and they came back 20 minutes after we ordered to tell us they were out. Will not be staying at this HGI again.
