I LOVED this place. Not only dies it have amazing aircraft, missiles...etc outside (and inside). But it also has a great missile silo tour where you can see what people lived in while waiting to launch missiles. It also had a deactivated missile which really was huge when you seen it in person. Just don't drop your camera down that silo, no getting it back. The tour guide was very friendly and answered any questions. It gives you a nice look into our military and protection of the country. Even if some of these things aren't used anymore. I don't recall if you had to pay to get in but it was worth it though.

If you like planes this is the place to go. A lot of nice static planes on display from a B1B lancer to presidential aircraft. Don't pass this place up because what they lack in size they make up with content. Also it's donation based so you can give what ever you feel it was worth to you to see.

We have been to air museums all over the USA and this one is comparable to the best of them. I highly recommend taking the Minutemen Missle Silo tour. It's something you will never forget. Great docents!

Such a great place to visit while in Box Elder, South Dakota. If you love jets or prop planes this place has them all, it's open air walk around layout makes seeing all of the aircraft up close so much easier. And to top it off your very likely to get treated to a B1b Lancer taking off from the AFB located directly behind the meusem.
