If I could give ZERO stars I absolutely would. Initially (the first 4 minutes) I was having a decent experience. Friday evening, I went down to the dealership and paid cash for a vehicle. We are going on day two & the dealership has put me on the back burner as if I did not just hand them 20k in cash. I've asked for a receipt that says paid in full and 48 hours later I still have not been granted this simple gesture. "Shade" was the salesmens name, to say the very least he was incompetent & his overall customer service was horrific. Will not purchase a vehicle from Gilchrist in the future. 0 out of 5. Dan.

Beware of Service Department!!! I have bought a couple vehicles from here! The sales staff were always nice. However watch out for the SERVICE department! I'm done with this place, forget the life time oil changes. Two weeks with out a vehicle and a lot of run around to try and fix a problem. I went to another Buick repair in the area and they told me that it didn't need the service that Gilchrist told me it needed. So I am not sure if this was competency issue or if Gilchrist was trying to get more money from me for unnecessary repairs! You be the judge!

Liars big time They didn’t put the def fluid for my 2018 GMC Denali. And the cilajet. Was install really bad. Don’t waste you time with this guys I will not recommend anyone

Great sales and financing staff, well worth the drive past other GM dealers. Leased a new bolt and the staff were honest and straightforward with pricing and options.
