Before I begin  this,I couldn’t rate this as an zero so that star doesn’t count👌🏽

9 months later,my clutch,transmission,brake switch,air conditioner..are all failing, I was told by Neeko that I could come back after 6 months to trade my 1996 gmc suburban THAT I DIDNT WANT...no money down....to build “trust”... I made all my payments on time from what Neeko told me and my dad whom came to help pick out a reliable car. When I asked other people that work at LG autos in Lakewood if this was actually true, one person told me I would have to pay 500$ dollars up front for a down payment on a “new” car even though I was bringing my truck(which they said was valued at $750 in a trade in even though I put $1000 down in the beginning and kept up with maintenance and kept the interior clean)to trade in like they promised no money down.!!!!!The next employee told me 1,000$ dollars upfront yet again....And the only car they offered me was 1995 corvette that was around the same price of my truck 😒😒😒 with a non working drop top,back window doesn’t roll down And one of the speakers was out... I was highly dissatisfied with my options and there wasn’t a wide variety of cars to choose from but one lol .But that’s not what they  promised over the phone,on their website and in person,And to top it all off they told me to only go to their mechanics!!I was puzzled but yet again I’m in ANOTHER lemon 🍋 car loop hole with another car lot similar to “Car Hop”,and I’m stuck in a situation with everyone relaying different messages to me about how much money I need up front to trade in a car that I paid on time for up to nine months this is bizarre I wouldn’t recommend this car lot to any of my friends or family.! My friend that referred me to this place where he got his car from that was running at the time,gave me the info on where to buy a good car from 🤔😑 and then a few months later down the road his car broke down in which they reassured him that they would take care of the situation. But they didn’t and his car, if I’m not mistaken,is currently parked at their lot sitting in the back .😒 and then they proceeded to tell me that if I give them a good google review they would give me 25$ Towards my cars gas (that had noooooo gas)and movie tickets in the mail,sounded too good to be true. But I trusted it anyways...it seemed like they had it together at that point in time... moral of the story is I’m stuck with a crappy unreliable death bomb💣☠️💀 and they’re still getting payments from me...I will not sit on social media and continue to lie to good people about this I have been treated unfairly and this is just plain wrong no one else should have to endure what I im going through.😒🙄👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽🤔🤔❌❌❌😔😔😔😑😑😑😤😤😤😤🙅🏾‍♂️

I HIGHLY recommend taking your business elsewhere. I spoke with a salesman before coming to see a specific car, after a three hour trip to the dealership, the car wasn't detailed and the anti-freeze and other fluids under the hood were empty. No dealership should ever attempt to sell a car without filling the fluids or vacuuming it out! On top of the condition of the vehicle, when I came to the negotiating table (thankfully with thorough research and a clear understanding of the vehicle I was looking at), the manager attempted to fake a list of amenities the car DID NOT actually have to justify listing the price nearly $3k over what it was worth. When I pointed out his errors, he aggressively harassed me, stomped out of the room and slammed the door. His childish temper was absolutely inappropriate and his fraudulent sales tactics should be noted. I was extremely disappointed to have spent 6+ hours of my day to visit this dealership, and DO NOT recommend ever purchasing a car from them. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

I worked with Nico. He made the car buying experience very easy and stress free. He worked with my schedule even staying late and helping me get a great vehicle at the price I wanted to pay. This place has some awesome deals and a great staff! I highly recommend this place to everyone looking for a great ride at a great price!

It's been 2 months since I bought my car from here was a great experience but the staff made it a good experience Nico  and the finance manager John are amazing honest professionals. Bought a car in pretty good shape needed minor repairs they were professional and took care of it Immediately. Overall I'm impressed!!
