We had one of the best experiences we’ve had at a dealership at Lakeside! Dwayne wasn’t “pushy” at all, which was refreshing, as was the laid back atmosphere. If we have need of another Chevy we will definitely be back and also send folks there! Ps- ask for Dwayne!

I came in for a state inspection and oil change, and when Andy got in my car he told me it smelled like coolant. I let them keep my car, they said it was the water pump and I thought I was going to be out of pocket around 500 plus but he found a service action for the water pump, and fixed everything and I didn't have to end up paying that. It was all less than 300 dollars, including oil change and state inspection, and I couldn't be more grateful that he took the time to find that service action and make it work for me! Thanks again guys, I will definitely be back for all my services!

Purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Colorado from Lakeside, and the sales and service were great; however, I just moved to a colder climate up North, and apparently my windshield washer fluid froze solid. Why not put the appropriate washer fluid in there with enough antifreeze or methanol to prevent this from happening? It will be unlikely that I can unthaw this until after winter, and the pump motor may not even work anymore. So bottom line, I liked everything about Lakeside except for their choice in washer fluid. I recommend anyone to drain and replace the fluid if moving to a colder climate.

Not very willing to work out a deal. I looked at a used SUV with a $6995 price that had been on the marked for a month and a half. I noticed the windshield was chipped, tires worn down, loose hood latch, and very noticeable dent in front quarter panel. Had cash in hand and offered $6000 as is since it would take $1000 to replace the window and put tires on it alone. I then said I would split the cost and pay $6500 cash for it. Sales person with a big sign over his desk "What will it take to seal you a car today" said he would ask his manager. While I was waiting, I went to the mens room and found him in there and not with the manager. He came back with a offer of $150 below there price. When asked if that was the best offer even with the noticeable problems with the vehicle , he said that's the best they can do. So much for dealing with these guys.

I showed up at 2:45pm for a 3:00pm oil change appointment. The older guy in service (who OBVIOUSLY needs to retire) was a complete jerk to his co-workers. It took 10 minutes for him to get me checked in. I had to ask how long it would take, he said “probably an hour and 15 minutes”....seriously??!! He pointed to the waiting room. I went there only to find a “snack shack for charge”, not even any water was offered!!! And a camera was watching me......What????? We bought a very expensive car brand new and have never been treated like a thief or an inconvenience at any other dealership!!! There was an older couple that commented that they had been there for 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. The gal that let them know their car was ready was really nice to me when I said I couldn’t wait 2 hours. I only had an hour for lunch to get mine done (again, mine was scheduled and I arrived 15 minutes early). My oil changes have NEVER taken over 45 minutes!! Not sure what these guys are doing (double booking??) I told the guy I couldn’t be there for 2 hours and he was still a jerk!!! Another nice gal asked this older service guy if he had gotten to another customer and he said, VERY RUDELY, “ Obviously Not, go tell them that” We were planning on buying 2 new Chevy vehicles in the next 6 months. I guarantee we won’t be taking our vehicles for service or buying anything at Lakeside Chevrolet!!! And we will be sharing our awful experience with all friends and family!!! It takes ONE to ruin it all!!! Sad that the Management won’t do anything!!!
