Great staff here! Getting lab work is a breeze and you get results very quick.

Typically never access health care in this manner, but situation arose and went here as a walk in. Lousy policy, not revealed til hour into a 3 hour wait, for less than 5 minutes with a Doctor who did not introduce herself at all.   Employed in medical field for over 30 yrs, it was the FIRST thing learned in school. Sad that this format was the only alternative to ER trip. They did achieve the goal of seeing me before LUNCH HOUR CLOSURE. incentives! Next generation has no clue on how good CARE should be provided. This clinic will survive, despite it all.

My nephew was in on 3-13-18 sent him home saying it was just a virus. On 3-16 he couldn't walk so my brother took him in... They told my brother in front of my 9 year old nephew that my nephew had leukemia. Was taken down to Devos by ambulance and doctors came in and said yeah he has the flu not leukemia! What the hell is wrong with you morons at this hospital?!?! Seriously let's tell this 9 year old that he is dying when you haven't even tested for the small stuff!! Very unprofessional!!Don't take your family here unless you don't care if they get what they need! Go to grand rapids!!!! I won't take my dog to Big Rapids Hospital!

We didn't have to wait long in the er and the staff was very nice and outgoing.

Man came in today with a sliced forehead and a lady came to treat him and she threw the bloody gauze in the waiting room trash can while little kids were running around and playing. Not a good idea when little kids want to touch everything.  I also have been waiting here for a long time and two people who have came in after me were taken in before me. Terrible service.
