Not sure why there are so many bad reviews. So far we love this place. My wife is going through a very difficult pregnancy and they have been great. We've had 25+ visits combined between Sparrow Ionia, and Sparrow Lansing. Many great people work here.

I went through the ER and still waited a long ass time .They just make u sit , and sit , and sit. Wasn't very happy with their service , was there for 3.5 hours

This place is amazing. I've had nothing but wonderful experience here. I have to come here often for labs and it's always a very quick in and out. Plus it's STAT lab and my results are literally available in minutes (sometimes a few hours) it's crazy how fast the process is

I am not very happy with the outrageous pricing for the pettiest of things done.

UPDATE: Recently had a visit to the E.R. and had a much better experience this time around. The doctors as well as the nurses were all very patient, friendly, and would actually take the time to listen to you. I wasn't rush in and out of there. There was quite a long wait to get a room, but that's only because there were tons of people coming in all at once.
