Took my Jeep Wrangler in for a routine oil change. Also, my front running light wasn't functioning so I asked them to take a look. Oil change was done in an hour but was told I had to come back for the running light as it was probably an issue with the after marker bumper (mind you I've had the after market bumper for 2 years with no issues). After getting it hope and popping the hood all it need was a new fuse. The shop was more than capable of diagnosing the issue and fixing - there was just no time or effort put into it. What am I paying you for? First and last visit.

I wouldn’t shop here again, even if they paid me. I bought my first Dodge from them in 2007 and the attitude and business demeanor has changed drastically. They tell you one thing on the phone and that they can match any other dealer because they are spritzer and their buying power is better than anyone around. I got to the dealership and told the salesman that the guy I spoke to on the phone told me they had the truck I was looking for and the price was the just a tad bit higher. Well, they salesman proceeded to show me a vehicle that was not even close to what I just explained to him. I even told him the price I was looking at and still didn’t listen to what I was saying, just wanted me to test drive one of the most expensive trucks they had hoping I wouldn’t care about the 7k price difference

I had a great experience buying my new 2017 dodge promaster city. I came in late and my salesman don and the finance office stayed late to accommodate me taking my vehicle home the same night. There is also a gentleman that works with insurance and he went above and beyond to make sure i got the best deal setting up my policy. Thanks to the spitzer team.

I am a very loyal customer. I love the convenience of the dealer and have purchased two cars since 2003 and I can say without hesitation that this dealership needs to be closed down. I have had to take my business to North Olmsted Dodge and they told me they are so busy because every one is doing the same. I have taken my truck in about 4 times for issues with the tires on my jeep. The first time they wanted to charge me 250 for tire because a nail. I took it to Conrads and they fixed it for free because the nail never entered the tire. The next two times where for my tires leaking air. They said they could not find a leak so I fixed myself and put fix-a-flat in it. Then when the tire service light kept lighting I took it back again and they said they could not do anything because fix a flat voids my warrantee. So they shut down the tire monitor system and few months later it came on because I was loosing more air in my tire. I brought it back to Dodge and the man at the counter was extremely rude. Ask me so many questions as if I put a nail in my tire. He told me that when I make an appointment that I need to tell them what is wrong which is what I do. Then he said that those girls don't know anything anyway. They called me about turning in my lease early and I told them my problem with the service dept. They told me that there is a new manager and he is trying to clean up the place. I can tell you I was there today and nothing has changed. You just lost a great customer. North Olmsted Dodge, Jeep , Ram thanks you for the new customer. I guess I'll trade my lease in there.

Would give zero stars if I could. Very rude and possibly fraudulent. Tried to call in the past, lady was very rude. Asked for a manager she said no then hung up on us. Called back and left a message for a return phone call. The sales person called back, as my girlfriend was explaining herself the salesperson pretty much told us to shut up because he was with another customer and he didn't have time for us and to call back another day. He was the one who called us. (We complained about that to a manger who got smart with us not believing us saying the calls are recorded but surprise surprise Marco uses his cell phone to hide that.) We called and asked for a manager and got someone in service who told us to have another dealership "try to stick our claim into an unrelated warranty to get it covered." The other dealership said that was fraud and couldn't believe they told us to do that along with other things. They recommended we call and ask for a general manager. Called back again and asked to speak to the general manager and they said he couldn't be reached....twice. So after taking the advice of Spitzer's post I've called 4 separate times and requested the manager and also have been in twice to request the manager. All 6 times they took a message and explained to me that he is "a very busy man and it's doubtful he will call me." I have never received a call from him. After dealing with them for a couple months now they are rude, ignorant, and just don't care. We got a 45 day temporary plate and they sent the memorandum title out late. We didn't get it until the plate expired. Meanwhile they had us drive there (almost an hour and a half) to get a copy and tried to have us pay for it. Also, when we got there they couldn't find it they had it filed under the wrong type of vehicle. This vehicle was sold to us certified. Two other dealerships said the vehicle was not properly certified and should have never been put out on the lot in its current condition with the problems it had. We have taken days off of work lost wages and have paid for gas driving back and forth. We drove there for a part to get replaced and they didn't order the part. I complained about the service and the rudeness to a sales manager and he was nasty and yelled at my girlfriend who was standing right next to me. Now this whole time we have been nice and polite because we just wanted everything fixed and to be done with it. This treatment backs up my girlfriends claim that when she dealt with them by herself they were rude, short, and talked over her. Which is different then the treatment I received. To prove this again she called them and put them on speaker and she couldn't get a word in but when I spoke up they listened. This is the treatment a women gets there apparently not because it happened once but multiple times and right in front of me. I had to fight to get the multiple things fixed and replaced on this vehicle wasting both or time and money. Also, burning through over 500 miles of the warranty. I complained about that saying how unfair that was to us and I get a comment of " the dealership is here to make money, we aren't going to do anything that loses us money." Even if it's a problem that's their fault!!! So after our last visit we get home and realized they never gave us invoices on the work they did and we didn't have the invoices of the previous work done which was left in the vehicle. I notified them and they said they would send them to me. I never received them and called back and was told they lost them and didn't have copies to send me. How does somebody do all that work on a vehicle and not have a record of it? Are they hiding something. The other dealerships recommended I contact the Better Business Bureau and the attorney general's office. Hopefully we are done dealing with this dealership and hopefully this review saves other people time, money, and the unneeded stress of what should be a fun experience of buying a new vehicle.
