Do not be fooled by all the 5 star reviews you are seeing!!! The first thing this location asks you to do as soon as you sit down is "if you give us a 5 star review on google I will give you 10% off or a free upgrade". I have been coming here for over a year  and I have been asked this multiple times. This location used to be amazing, great staff, friendly atmosphere. However it has changed drastically. The staff that there is now is very  rude and they are hiring anyone that walks in the door! It is no longer young women that are knowledgeable about trends but rather equivalent to your grandmother cutting your hair. The reason I am writing this review is because the one stylist that used to work there (Melody) is now gone, and the first haircut I get by someone else was an awful experience. Kimberly cut my hair, and she did not cut it the way I asked at all. In addition, she cut HALF of my eyebrow off. Yes people, HALF OF AN EYEBROW! I never asked for my eyebrow to be trimmed she just did it to one of them randomly. As someone who has thick eyebrows and is already uncomfortably about them I could not believe this happened. Once I stood up and told her "hey you cut half my eyebrow off" her response was "oh oops, its okay though you can barely notice it" word for word. I immediately went home and had to have multiple people try and match it and it still looks awful. I am so angry at this place and how  much downhill it has gone. Stay away! You are better off going to Great Clips next door. You are paying too much money to have your haircut done by someone that cuts it as if you are a middle aged man instead of a young adult. They do not know style or trends and this is coming from someone that has seen them work for over a year. I will have to search for another stylist now that Melody no longer works there. I hope this review saves a college kid from ever going to that place.

Michael did  fantastic job cutting my sons hair! He worked with his crazy calics and my son loved his haircut!

So glad that I continue to use this place. I have seen Jourdan over the past year and she continues to be the most consistent. I am used to barbers and paying a lot more for a consistent awesome hair cut but now continue to see Jourdan. She pays great attention to detail and is very friendly and professional. Plus you can't beat the price. I will continue to see Jourdan and I highly recommend her. Thanks Jourdan.
