This was my first experience with Springdale Automotive and I was extremely impressed with the customer service I received, the quality of their work and their use of technology to walk me through their extensive diagnostic procedure so I knew exactly what needed to be done immediately to keep my car safe and running well and what I should keep an eye on in the future. Brian Wright was fantastic from start to finish - he went above and beyond to ensure my car was fixed as quickly as possible at the lowest cost and kept me informed along the way. Guy is a superior mechanic. It has been a long time (if ever) since I had a positive experience with an auto repair shop so this experience was truly refreshing. I will use Springdale Automotive exclusively for my vehicle's maintenance and I highly recommend them for your car maintenance as well!

Fast, friendly service. Originally had an appointment at the Brownsboro location and they could get me in quicker at Westport, sent me there and I was in right away. Comfortable waiting room as my wait was a little over an hour. Had a quote that an online booker gave me and they charged me that price, saving me lots of money. Would highly recommend for fast, fair service.

I recently went there and had over a thousand dollars' worth of work done. Things went fine, and the staff were courteous and professional. I will definitely choose them again.

Although their prices are a bit more expensive I never minded because I got quality work and quality care. I had gone to another of their locations and been treated with respect, however this time I was questioned and doubted regarding the work I asked them to complete and then only after they had me pay for a diagnostic to confirm what I already told them did they admit what I said had sounded crazy until they confirmed it for them self. Being a female and being doubted so severely for the work I wanted done was extremely frustrating and although a loyal customer to the previous location I will not be returning.

Too expensive, 800.00 for a fuel pump,fuel filter replacement
The owner called me and reviewed my bill and felt I had been charged too much labor and he said he would gladly refund me the difference.
I was happy to hear from someone concerning my repair costs.
Now I sit and wait for the check in the mail and so far nothing.
 I received a refund on 11/15/2017
