Honestly the best experience I’ve ever had from a car service shop. We were driving back to Purdue from the smoky mountains, and we were having some car troubles. Check engine light came on and it was reading a MAF sensor malfunction. Turns out, the PCV valve needed replaced. They ordered the part and repaired the car in no time. We were on our way back within a few hours. On top of that, the gentlemen working at the front were super helpful and nice. I wish I had them closer to home. Thanks for being helpful, guys. I really appreciate that more than you know.

These guys know what they're doing and won't talk over your head to explain what's wrong. They took me back and showed me exactly what was wrong and what they were going to do to fix the problem. Excelent service I'm definitely going there again if I ever have an automotive problems

Dr Zoom replaced my front rotors and brakes 2/2017, I paid close to $400 for these services. In 7/2017 my front brakes started occasionally making a grinding sound, I had moved so Dr Zoom was no longer close to me. I took it to Mikel Tires where they resurfaced my front brakes for $90 but the sound returned not too long after. Mikel tires told me my front brakes were getting close to needing to be replaced, which they inspected at NO CHARGE. Since it had only been 9 months and less then 10,000 miles that Dr Zoom had replaced everything I called them, spoke to Carl and told him what my car had been doing. He looked up my account and verified that I was still within warranty. He said "Of course we will take a look". I dropped it off Wednesday, he called that same day and said they had test driven it but didn't hear anything. Since thanksgiving was the next day he asked if they could keep it and look on Friday, I agreed. Friday morning I receive a call telling me that I need a new left front wheel bearing!! I told him I just wanted them to change the front brakes and not to touch the wheel bearing since Mikel tire hadn't mentioned anything about needing a new wheel bearing. There was a brief moment of silence and then he said "Well I can't just change the brake pads unless their defective, I'll have my technician take another look at them and call you back" I said "thank you" and he hung up on me. He called back a few minutes later and said I still had 4-5mm left on my pads and they don't usually change them until their 2-3mm. So I said "ok,  then don't do anything and ill pick up my car", his response was "Theres a $30 charge for looking at your brakes that you'll have to pay unless we replace the wheel bearing" I was surprised because up until this point no one had informed me that there would be a charge just for them to look at a part that was under warranty! I drove up there and the man behind the counter said I could talk to the owner Joe about possibly waiving the $30 fee but I'd have to wait because he was out test driving a car. He also said "You should have known anytime we look at your car there's going to be a charge. Most people don't act like this, they just get the work done" I was APPALLED to say the least at the manner in which I was being treated by this man. I stood there a few more moments fuming inside, before I turned to my husband and said "I don't want to wait for Joe,  I just want to pay this fee, be done with this and I will NEVER bring my car here again" The man then says "I'll tell you what, I'll waive the fee this time" he printed the receipt and while handing it to me he says one last nasty remark "Just take this and NEVER COME BACK"....Needless to say, I will NEVER return to Dr Zoom nor will I trust them with ANY of my vehicles and I will make sure to tell all my friends, family and my patients where NOT to take your vehicle. Dr Zoom is a complete rip off and to treat a loyal, paying customer, who has trusted you with all their vehicles in such a poor and degrading manner is a disgrace. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THEM IF YOU WANT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HONESTY!!!
