Awful experience living here. Lived here for over a year. Maintenance took forever to get done. We lived for over a month with no hot water. We lived with a broken window that took over two months to get fixed, in WINTER! The hot water, when we had it, lasted for less than 5 minutes. That wasn't long enough to fill the tub to give my daughter a bath. The hot water tank was too small for our trailer but never got replaced. Not to mention all the repairs it needed when we moved in that never got fixed, even though we put in the request several times. Our neighbors complained about not getting maintenance done as well, the lady behind us was living with a toilet failing through the floor. 
On top of that, the trailers are too close together. It's a wonder the whole thing didn't go up in flames with the several fires we had in there just while living there. Many people lost their homes. 
The owner doesn't give a crap, he even raised the rent while we lived there after going through all the problems we went though. 
All they care about is looking good to the city so they don't get shut down. They will give you warnings to move things from your front yard just so they don't get in trouble, and when they did do maintenance it was to the front office to make it look better. 
Just awful. If you have another option, don't rent from here. You will get screwed over.

This place has been a amazing place for my Mother it's nice and really kind people live here.  My Mother has had an amazing experience and a church right around the corner, Pastor Bill has been loving and kind to my Mother.  Walking distance to the bus and Grocery Outlet.  An addition it's  affordable.

I'd give it two and a half stars if I could. Just ok. Never really had a problem but its not a luxery resort. Its cheep and it reflects that. That said. Convenient location, mostly friendly people. Noisy (right between two high trafic roads.) Kina smells like trash or cat markings in my spot sometimes. Laundry is cheep and works alright. Lived here about 2 months in my own camper.

The landlord is a obsessive gambler and thay gave lousy customer service to me and my husband.I wouldn't rent from them avoid the mobile home park all together. I concluded I
Recamend that you look in to a local truck stop first.

Surprisingly quiet, and people seem to stay out of each others business. The person I know who lives here has never really complained at all about it. Just, like any neighborhood, you can get "good" or "bad" neighbors, and that's just luck. Anyways seems laid back, which is nice when the majority of residents can handle themselves and be respectful... Most of the time lol
