Birshen was outstanding to work with. We started the process a few months prior to being ready to buy. She listened and supplied us with all the information and listings to get a better feel for what my wife and I were looking to find. She always had answers and resources available when we had questions or concerns about the process. As a first time and VA home buyer she knew the process inside and out, which evoked a good feeling of confidence during the process. She encouraged us to ask questions and seems to know everyone around town when we needed outside resources. She listens, won't interrupt or talk over you, has genuine concern when you need something, and is downright pleasant to work with. After working with several other agents throughout the world trying to find a place through the years she is above all. You should definitely seek her out if you need an agent.

I was fortunate to be the Lender on a transaction with Brishen.  I was very impressed with the professionalism she provided to me and her client.  She was on top of the transaction from start to finish with awesome communication.  I look forward to working with her again soon!!

Brishen did a phenomenal job in helping me find the perfect home in Colorado. She went above and beyond as my Agent, and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a home.

Brishen is very diligent and professional. She knows the market and works tirelessly. Incredible! I know I am very picky and want the best home for the least amount of money, and she is never put off by this. We are currently working together and she is willing to do whatever it takes to find me the right property.

Brishen Combs' professionalism and expertise are top-notch! She is friendly, client-focused, and committed to finding the right home for a family. He knowledge of real estate is matched by her enthusiasm for the industry.  (I noticed that the single one-star rating was for a totally different real estate agent and not Brishen!)
