I work for The Cell Phone Guy where we repair broken phones. I spent some time getting to know the manager, and he is extremely knowledgeable. He was very knowledgeable about Sprint's network rollout. One thing I've noticed about Sprint is they have good download speeds and reasonable prices. Would highly recommend.

I’ve Been with Sprint over 7 years. I’ve had some very good experiences with them. Not today and not @ this store. I called them up to see if they let you charge accessories to your account(some stores don’t allow this). She took my info and told me I wasn’t authorized to use the account. It’s my mother account. I pay her bills and mine. I spend over $300 a month  on everything we use with Sprint. I do 100% of the buying and paying. I have never had a problem with this. It really wouldn’t be a problem now if I didn’t see for my self online that I AM A AUTHORIZE USER! I don’t know what this blind women was looking at! Not gonna hold 1 bad apple against sprint, so I ordered it on line. 2 or 3 bad ones gonna be a problem! It sucks I don’t NOW have the case for the IPhone that I JUST WAS AUTHORIZE TO BUY! I travel a lot and been to a lot of Sprint stores around the country. The service has been pretty good until now.

worst customer service ever. the blonde lady doesn't know what she is talking about or Is a liar. avoid her at all cost.

Never given a personal "shoutout" to a sales rep before (i respect peoples' privacy), but here it goes... thanks Michael Daniels for setting me up with a new phone. I told him my privacy and time were important to me. I left the store with a brand new Galaxy S8+ with only about $120 down (which was spent on accessories and activation fees, cash). Lease on the phone was only $35.42 per month for 18 months ($800 for just the phone). Unlimited data for a single line (multiple lines would have been cheaper) was only $55.00 per month. Optional insurance on the phone was an additional $13.00 per month (worth it in my opinion). Taxes and fees came to $8.41 per month (understandable). DISCLAIMER I have very good credit (thanks dad). Michael is a gigantic black dude, just to give you an easy visual cue regarding who to trust. Ask for him by name, read the terms and conditions after you leave the store, agree to what you're comfortable with, and bring it back to him if you're not satisfied. Thanks again
