I absolutely loved the customer service I received here today.  All the employees where engaging and fun family feel at this store.  I was in and out with a new purchase/upgrade in about 20-25 min. Compared to other location is was fairly empty, but from my understanding, I came at a good time, which just happen to be my lunch hour.  This will now be my new location to do business with sprint. Thanks to the staff.

Not a good first impression, turned out okay. 

Had an appointment. No one greeted me even though only 2 of 4 associates were with people. Nice guy helped me after 20 min. Since I upgraded online, had to sit and wait 15 more min before he could finish my order.

I was hating both Sprint & my Samsung 7 until I met Korey & Christina. I had been in the store once before and my issues were pretty much brushed off. Christina & Korey offered to take my phone for about an hour and a half to correct some of the issues I was having. When I picked up my phone it was 100% better. Great customer service!

I am so disappointed in the customer service and repairs at this Sprint store.  I brought my new phone Samsung Note 8 in because the screen stopped working. They could only send it off to have sprint look at it.  I explained that I was leaving town the next week and had to have a new or repaired phone by the time I left town. This gave them 8 days to repair it and I was promised that it only took 5 to 7 days.  I was told that it would be fine.  I called and checked to make sure my phone was running on time and was told that it would be in on Thursday which was great.  I was called and told that my phone was sent to a nail salon and they would track it down.  I called on Friday to find out that my phone was never shipped and would not arrive until Tuesday.   I asked if I was getting a new and was told yes. So I asked why they could not get one out of inventory and replace it with the new one being shipped 4 days later.  They only work with a third party to replace the phone so I was out of luck.  Sprint what is your problem? I fell like I was lied to and it was just so they did not have to deal with me.  Very very disappointing.

Be careful they will overcharge you for returning equipment Plus you had to wait 45 minutes when they first open up in the morning
