It's very rare to actually set foot in a space and SHOP...given the convenience of Amazon and my dislike for retail chains, I feel compelled to praise the Best Buy sales staff for being so knowledgeable and courteous. I went in to window shop for a new TV and happily went home with Anne and new set at a fair price. The sales team was helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I just love when people are excited about their jobs and the staff here did a remarkable job teaching us about the many wonderful advances in audio and visual quality for tv's and home theatres! Big props to Best Buy for winning our dollars over the convenience of online shopping! 

Thumbs up to great customer service and a clean store! We will be back for that fancy sound bar soon!

One of the only locations with an actual Samsung Experience Location. I love how neat and organized the place is as well. Top notch quality. Please please visit their Magnolia Experience Area for the best in Home Entertainment setup ans assistance!

I bought phones from this Best buy. I took them a lot of time to add all the phones to my receipt. I feel they don't know what the do.

Online odering with store pick up is a joke. 

I am always amazed when stores are so inefficient. We I rdered a dryer online because we have two small children and wanted to spare everyone the pain of having them in the store for an extended amount of time. The website stated the dryer was available for purchase online and store pick up within an hour. 

We ordered the dryer, went to lunch, went to the bank, got coffee, and headed to Best Buy. Over 1.5 hours had passed.

My husband went in, they “couldn’t find the dryer.”  There was lots of shuffling, “finding managers”, etc. 

Turns out the only dryer they had that matched the one we ordered as the floor model. 

So. We had the pleasure of hanging out in Best Buy for over 1.5 hours while they searched for our dryer, wrapped it up, hopefully gave us all the pieces that go with the dryer, and then tried to figure out how to get the dryer in the system correctly so we could take it home. We did get a discount...because it was the floor model.

Yep...my easy online ordering ended up being a painful 1.5 hours in the store. One guy was apologetic, the young man who took the dryer to the back to wrap it up for us told me he was sorry. The young woman who ultimately puzzled together how to actually give us the dryer was nice enough. The other customer service people I interacted with were rude.

Needless to say I won’t be ordering from or returning to Best Buy.
