Horrible service here. It's the third time I've come and all they say or do is to go to the one inside the mall or call customer service.

And once to the other store, they tell me that they could've have done it there- simple things -like changing a phone number or SIM card. 

Today I walked in before they close and I could see the two young men putting their heads down and looking at us saying "no" while we were walking towards the store. Once we were inside, we didn't even get greeted and one of them sat behind the counter. When I asked for what I needed... guess what the reply was.. call customer service- we can't help you here.

Last time they gave me the wrong information and when I brought it to their attention, all they did was point fingers. 

Useless, unprofessional and very rude.

Excellent service. In and out quick  less than 20 minutes. Upgraded to a S8+

Confusing customer service - they tried to help multiple people on the same computer and didn't communicate well with any of us. They ended up incorrectly updating my service and were unapologetic about it.
