I like coming to this Walmart because it's convenient; however, the customer service OMG!!! I was there today and a young lady that work there was walking past me and so I stop her to ask a question and she responded it's not her area and that she works up front, whatever that means, and she kept on walking. I did address the Stores Manager , which did inform me that he would address it in a meeting. I didn't consult with the store manager to get her in any trouble , but that he would reprimand her , or mention the proper way to help aid and or assist customers...

star for the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Yesterday i was there with 3 friends and all of our kids. Since we all are having different size and we liked a particular denim we took out many of them to try. At the same time we need to keep an eye on the kids as they were 2-5 yrs and were eager to explore the store. I do agree that we couldn't keep the clothes back to their original place and in the process left  the place untidy but the reaction of the store staff was not at all acceptable. She started shouting " I have never seen these kind of people in my life" " This is not a playground" and lot of other things. I mean where on earth do u get this kind of customer service. Its not like we didn't buy anything. Among four of us we bought 7 denims . Are we not supposed to try things before buying them ?And is it a rule that kids should behave as an adult in a Walmart. I m always a conscious buyer and make sure me or my kids don't make a mess when shopping but when you are in a group with many young children it is difficult to keep things in control. I m not going to forget the  long abusive rant of the store staff and promised myself that i m not going to buy a single piece of clothing from Walmart in future.

I hate coming to this Walmart because of the poor customer service. I was in there today to get a baby stroller for a baby shower and I had asked 2 different Walmart associates to help me get it down and both looked at me crazy and kept walking. Both were near electronics. Even my handicapped mom had asked an associate for help. Thanks to Mariana (who's pregnant and was still willing to help me) and Dave (whom Mariana grabbed to help us)...we were able to finally get some GREAT Customer Service. Mind you, it took them 2 seconds to pull it down. Everyone is too busy walking around, riding the clock, no one wanted to help. Advice from someone who's been in Customer Service for over 10yrs.... you need more Mariana's on your team and less people just there for a check. It doesn't matter what dept you're in, if you know that someone needs help, HELP THEM! Thank you Mariana and Dave. A little thing goes a long way.

The store has everything you need and good quality maintenance. I'm writing this review for the customer service...Few associates are really helpful but yesterday I had the worst experience ever!!!! I had a question, asked the person who was loading some stuff and he was polite and courteous saying he can't help with that and I went up to the customer service...there's a lady who pointed me to a lady, the so called the "customer service manager". Went to her asked very politely but she just didn't listen to me... no hello nothing..she was ignoring me and moving away doing her own work..no response... I felt aweful.. Really?!? Customer service manager?!??

I never come here expecting any level of customer service...but today was extremely poor! From walking one end of the store to the other two times to find a cart, to having check outlines close down with a queue of people 10 deep. Thank you for giving me one more reason to shop Amazon.
