I asked a simple question about how long I would need to wait after I signed in and the representative threw up his hands and said he had no idea because everyone ahead of me could come with a different issue that could be longer or shorter. There's apparently no way to give a rough estimate based on this representative's experience or how long on average the typical customer case would take. When I pressed the matter and asked if Sprint had no way to figure something like an average wait time out based on all the data they have, this representative snarkily responded that perhaps Sprint had a position open for me to be the guy to figure all that out.

Worst customer service. I would give less if I could. Went in there because I had a problem with my iPhone 6. I had insurance and they told me they couldn’t do anything about it and that I should upgrade. So I ordered and iPhone 8plus. Got it in the mail and it wouldn’t let me back it up to my iPhone 6. Called the 800 number and they told me to take it to the store to exchange it. Took it back to this store and they tell me “this isn’t an issue we can exchange the phone for.” So they send me a defective phone and they don’t do anything to fix the problem. Bunch of idiots working there. Go to another store. I’m switching to another company.

I returned a phone here and they forgot to do whatever they needed to do to let their system know the phone was no longer in my possession. I was getting charged for it.

Went in to shop around for a new plan and ended up half-way through the signup process before I realized they were signing me up. I followed through anyway because it was a decent deal. I had to verbally give my social security number at least 10 times as SOMETHING wasn't working right in the system and they had to redo it all over several times. Finally got to purchasing my phone when they ask if I want to keep my old number. This is where it goes from bad to inexcusable. While I am on the phone with the primary account holder of my old plan to get the account information, the sales rep hands me two speakers. I ask if they are free and she said something about a promotion with signing up/new phone (I didn't hear her, she walked away). Still haven't changed my phone number and now I'm wondering if I should. I noticed on my bill that I was charged more for my monthly payment than I had initially been told. I called Sprint's customer service to find that I am being charged monthly for the two speakers. I was neither asked nor given ANY information about these speakers, so it was obviously a sales quota that she had to meet and tacked on to my account before running off on her break or lunch or just to leave for the day. That is horribly deceitful. Though I'm glad I found out before my 14 days are up so I can return them, I am questioning whether I want to continue with Sprint.

I went there wanting to change my new iPhone 8 to a different color. I checked in & seemed like a long line, so I left and I came back. I checked in again telling them exactly what I needed (2nd time) and waited about 40 minutes they didn’t check me in right away, so about 10-15 minutes was just waiting for them to check me in (of course the others who they did check in after I arrived, they helped First). Finally they called me up to help, and then told me they couldn’t help me, because they didn’t have the new phones in yet. I waited all that time for nothing!! On my day off. It was very frustrating and discouraging. I don’t want to go back there again. Total waste of time!!
