What's the big pull of contracts, I've never understood

I had the worst experience in there. 
I asked them to suspend my line for a couple of months because I was traveling. The guy who served me  said he did it right. Only for me to find out after those two months that he suspended my line for only one month and I had to repay my deposit which means that I lost the first deposit.
and he did not care to apologies for his mistake that cost me a lot.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff.  More importantly they admit when they don't know something, and ask another employee who does.  Sometimes it can take them a while to work through the queue, not the staff's fault.  I think such a high-volume store should more staff available.
