I've been to this store about 3x since I got a new phone in July. My first experience was with Kaleef, who greeted me as soon as I came in the store. He was very helpful in addition to fixing my problem. Everyone is pleasant and courteous.

Have my friend a ride to this store to get a new phone. Don't know how the hell they managed it, but they cancelled his line. Then told him they couldn't do anything about it. He ended up spending most of the night and the next morning on the phone with Sprint's customer service before they could get his account fixed.

very rude customer service. i was there just to transfer service from an old phone to my new 1 (which i had already received in the mail). as soon as the rep realized that he couldn't sell me on purchasing a new tablet or anything other than a case, he became unfriendly & rude. he was being so pushy that i had to flat out say "I'm not purchasing ANYTHING else today, so please just stop." it was the worst experience i've ever had at a sprint store.
