Initially went to the Palatine Sprint location, staff had limited knowledge, and little time for me. It was suggested I try the Lake Zurich location for a better experience. Staff in LZ were much more accommodating - I was having one heck of a time transferring my phone carrier from AT&T. The guys here helped me  every step of the way. Great customer experience here. . Much appreciated, keep up the good service!

Coming into this sprint store has a very welcoming feel to it. I was greeted as soon as I walked in by the same man who helped me set up my new phone. Every employee in this store was very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had before I even asked them. Very friendly and fun vibe. This has been the most pleasant sprint store I have been too. 10/10 I would totally recommend it. Very quick and easy service. Fantastic customer service as well.

Stopped in here a couple times this week, lost my phone recently. These guys helped me out Vito was the one to help out mainly but the staff here is great! Hiezer was quick to assist and Isaiah was very helpful as well. Wouldn’t choose another sprint store after coming here so patient, informative, and personable. Thanks guys Vito is amazing!!! Appreciate it guys!

Stopped at this location to get a screen protector replacement. They found one in stock and offered to replace it. Paid for the screen and they took off my broken one and put on the new one at no charge. I always get great service when I stop in and this time was no exception. Vito was courteous, prompt and anxious to help. He asked how I like Sprint and I told him it is the best cellular service after having the other two big players for years. What does it for me is the free unlimited data (at 2G speed) while traveling outside the USA. And a low per minute rate outside the US and you don't need a special plan. I travel a lot.

Isaiah and Vito were very helpful. They stayed open late to help us out and were very nice about it. Would recommend coming into this store if you need help with your phone!
