I was highly impressed with the Lake Zurich Batteries Plus 
Bulbs. I went into the store for an Apple IPhone Battery (IPhone6). The guy who waited on me matched the Apple IPhone battery replacement part of $29.99. That price began on January 1 according to the news. Originally, Apple was charging $69.99 for the battery. I very much appreciated his honesty and matching the price. My husband and I shop at this Lake Zurich location for watch batteries, vehicle batteries, toy batteries and other misc. battery and bulb needs.
Always satified! Thank you Lake Zurich Batteries Plus Bulbs!

Had to stop in for a new car battery and was delightfully surprised by the courtesy and kindness of Kevin. He assisted me right away though he was helping another customer in back. After he pulled the battery I needed he let me know of the other customer in the back, and lent me a 10mm tool so I could swap out my battery in the parking lot. By the time he was finished in the back I had finished replacing my car battery. I will definitely be back for more items in the future when I need them. Thank you Kevin! I had a great experience here.

Nick and Jason were wonderful! I had 2 cracked screens fixed and both phones look new again. I was disappointed when my coupon from the website was put in (from my Batteries Plus email confirmation) and it didn't work. I would have given 4 stars because of this, but Nick worked his magic and found another way to give me the discount without the coupon (and I didn't want the corporate computer glitch to be a reflection on their service).

Amazing service, I didn't think my phone could be fixed, but it was quickly returned better than ever. With my family's luck with phones, glad they are right down the road
