I came in to this location this morning to purchase a new iPhone 8 and was helped by a VERY nice lady who walked me through th entire process. I’m definitely grateful for her efforts and am very pleased with my phone. I unfortunately did not receive that same level of great customer service tonight via phone.

I bought my phone around 9-10AM today and have received 6 “scam likely” & “unknown” calls throughout the day. I haven’t gotten that many in the past -year- but today, 6. I checked my T-Mobile and iPhone settings and both block/scam settings are the same as they were in my previous iPhone 6 so it’s obviously a new factor. 

I called the store to ask if it’s a common issue that new SIM cards could allow blocked calls to come through, or some other issue I am not aware of, and was basically tossed to the side and left on hold for 15 minutes. I called back and was told the “Manager was still with another customer” and could help me in another 10 minutes. 25 minutes wait to ask a simple question?

I’ve been in customer service for years, and a Retail District Manager for 2, and that’s no way I’d ever expect my managers to act. I love my phone but am not impressed with the customer service.

As Canadian's finding a reliable phone service for only a few months was our goal. After researching to see who's who in the phone business, Verizon came to the top...after our, quite new iPhone was rejected. We dropped in next door at T-Moble. Jeff welcomed us, gave us a new number (pre-paid) for our phone. This is simply an outstanding phone company and service—way better than in Canada, or elsewhere we looked. AT&T comes to a close second.

I was in the store recently and needed help resolving an issue.  Lauren Spencer and Michael Curtis listened to my needs and went above and beyond to help me.  They represented T-Mobile so well--I left telling everybody about their wonderful Customer Service.  I will definitely use them in the future, as well as recommend them to others.  Thank you, again, Lauren and Michael.
