Came into this store about 2 years ago to upgrade my phone. The associate failed to mention to me that the leasing program has changed and gave me couple of items for "free" when I was getting a new phone. He told me the free items would get charged on my account but I would get a refund back in the same amount automatically and would happen in the same bill cycle. Well those "free" items were charged and I never got a refund for both of them. I went in after seeing that I never got a refund and complained to the manager and he was able to take it off my bill. Don't Lie to customers!!! The associate was trying to take advantage of me and probably hoped I wouldn't notice. Absolutely terrible!!

Terrible customer service and sales tactic from one specific employee, Chadia. When we turned down a phone case and a insurance plan, she was rude and argumentative about our decision. She then became extremely unhelpful and disrespectful for the remainder of our time at the store. She was pouting, furrowing her brows, sighing loudly, completely ignoring and not giving us any sort of update as we stood in front of her waiting without knowing what we were waiting for and tearing up pieces of paper/protective plastic from the new phone my husband was upgrading to. I understand that everyone has bad days, but to be outwardly rude to customers is just uncalled for.

The best service I have ever had in my life as a wireless customer. I am not only saying this is the best service I had on all four major carriers I have tried so far, but also the best service I had at the multiple Sprint stores I visited. I walked into the store very frustrated with activating my new SIM cards that I ordered. I have spent 6 hours between phone calls and chats and dropped calls after 2 hours with no success. I have visited two other Sprint stores that are I realized were resellers and not corporate stores. All left me hanging with no hope to simply fix the issue. I walked into this tore and Dyquan S.took all of 10 minutes and said all set. He fixed what 10 other reps didn't know what to do. Very welcoming. Professional. Knowledgeable. 10 stars.

The worst customer experience I have ever had. Very rude and not helpful at all. Rather shoot my foot than deal with the people at this store. That being said I still like Sprint and had great service at the store in Okemos.
