I was very dispointed! Went in with wanted help with make up ideas. The first Young Lady started helping I told her I wanted lipstick that would last all day, I explained that I had read about one. She said no this one over here will last you 24 hours! Well wore it today, it lasted 2 hours! Then after helping me pick out a few things, I ask is I could have her show me how to apply everything! She said she couldn't but someone would! Then when I ask if could have them show me how to do eyebrows. She replied no we are only suppose to do one service and that is your eyes! Ok! The store wasn't that busy and man I was in the mood to buy anything they suggested!

Being a VIB rouge, shows I am totally obsessed with this store. I agree SOME of the employees are very nice and helpful. Others are too busy either talking to each other or touching up their own makeup.

LOVE Sephora! Sometimes the employees get in the way or try to talk to me to much when im not feeling like chatting, which is why im giving a 4 star rating but they are knowledgeable on the products and always give me great recommendations for my needs.
