This place is great!  Replacement screen on Note 5 was $80 cheaper than Genius Phone Repair, the staff was more friendly, and really worked hard to make sure I was happy with the work.  Never going back to Genius, this is my new favorite place!

Great service! I called to see if they could replace the screen on my Fitbit Blaze and they said they haven't serviced one before but they would give it shot and the same day I dropped it off they had it done. Very pleased with their business!

I needed a new battery for my 2012 Honda CR-V. I called the store for help. Nate gave me good advice on replacement options, then set a battery aside for me. I stopped by the store to pick it up and he completed the free installation in under 15 minutes. No hassle, no hidden fees, they even honored the website 10% discount even though I bought in-store. That's my kind of service!

It took a couple phone calls to get the right battery ordered but in the end Sean helped me order the right battery for the sump pump system that my plumber recommended (sealed marine battery).  Ordered it online to get discount (thanks for the tip Sean).  Pick up at the store was easy, the salesman carried the old battery into the store and put the new one in the trunk of the car for me (they weigh like 50#).  I am now trying to submit the $10 rebate for it and this is turning out to be a bit of a hassle.  I have to photocopy the original receipt and print out the online rebate form (I cannot print from my computer), so this is turning out to be more difficult than it sounds.  
All in all, happy with customer service, great employees, cheerful and very knowledgeable.  The customer website/rebate system could use a little revamping to make it an hassle free experience for the customer.
