Went there 3 different times and took forever. First time was switching carriers over to sprint and we was there 2 hours. Second time wasn't too bad was in and out pretty good. And the 3rd time we was there an hour and a half and was switching phones for my farther and they end up not having that phone in stock cause they just run out. Then we sat there for another 30 mins just for them to check another store to see if they have one. Worse place to go to. If you have all day and nothing to do then that place will take all of it from you.

Go see Ron, or anyone else here. These are the most knowledgeable wireless reps. I have have ever found. Very courteous as well.

Malinda went way above and beyond in helping me.  I'm in Roanoke on vacation and can't fly home with my Note 7 due to new FAA regulations.  The customer service at the store was great. She was nice, helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.  👍👍👍

Staff is great here! I was switched over from ntelos and they helped me move everything to my new phone and even showed me how to use the device. (I'm new to smartphones) I will definitely come here if I need anything even though I have a location closer to my house.
