The one star is for getting in and out of the store quickly. The stars that are missing? One is for sending me notifications that my photos are ready for pickup before they are actually ready. Every single time. One time, not only were my photos not ready, but the photo employee was gone to another store to get printing supplies they had run out of! Many of my photos were printed more zoomed in/cropped than what it had shown when I was ordering. So I have pictures with heads and faces cut off. Some pictures have lines across the bottom. And still others are just fuzzy. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR PHOTO PRINTING NEEDS!!!!
