It's kind of ridiculous that you can't cancel your account & turn your devices in at this location, & the closest Sprint store that will do it is 2 hours away. Also, the guy that "helped" my husband was extremely rude. I'm glad we are done with Sprint for good.

Very enjoyable workers at this location. Truly funny people. They explain things thoroughly and easily. Very kind hearted people. I had one of my phones mess up and was gonna have to pay $200 dollars to get a new one and I really didn't have the money for that at the time. The employee that helped me that day literally brought one of his old phones in the next day for me to use until I could afford the new one. These people here are more than willing to help you any way they can.

An awful location. This is not a corporate store so they cannot help in a lot of cases. The store manager was very rude. The phone number rings forever and then disconnects. I wish this store closed instead of the Pizza Place.
