This is a small best buy, and didn't have all the things I would expect. That's not why I took off a star though. I had the hardest time finding an employee to ask a question. I probably talked to 3 or 4 different blue-shirts who all told me that what I was looking for was "not my department". I know that the people who work for Samsung or apple who are inside don't count. I was just looking for a camera battery. I had to look it up online to see if it was even carried here which it was. When I finally found it though, the checkout process was easy and fast. The guy tried to sell me a warranty because I know he has to ask, and the other employees, even if they dismissed me to other people without trying to actually point me to the right direction, they were still friendly. They just all happened to seem busy.

I love going into our Best Buy cause the workers r very friendly, helpful, know what u r asking about. They r there when u need them n they r always around when u need help with something. I have been going to our Best Buy for awhile now n I have had no problems of finding of what I looking for or if I do someone is always around to ask where it is or about it. Thank you so much for all of the help that I have done in the past n in the present.

Went to buy a movie. Excellent selection of new releases and bargain bin movies. Always good service and friendly sales staff.

This store is why I buy things online. Every time I go into BestBuy all of the employees stand around and talk to one another. If you happen to need help, it's not their department, and if it is they sprint to the back to avoid helping. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff that are glad to help you find what you need and load it into your car. Wonderful selection of the best electronics and accessories.
