Clown town. Walked in with a simple question, and was the only customer in the store. My question was about the screen protector that I bought for my phone from them, and why it was not staying on anymore. The same joker that I bought the phone, case, protector, etc... was short, rude, and couldn't be bothered. Obviously he made his little commission after my sale, so why bother right? Anytime you go to this store, its a parade of clowns, taking pics and checking their social media. I'll find another store with better service. Screw these herbs.

This is a new Sprint Store and and I had my doubts about this place because the experience I had at the Other Sprint Locations at Rockaway Townsquare. When I walked in this associate ( I forgot his name), asked If me or my parents nedded help, we did not but this is nice. He talked with my dad for a long time about the store and all of that stuff. He gave us drinks and he even told us they had coloring and snacks! This is the best Sprint Store ever !

Use caution. When I switched to Sprint they told me they would buy out my Verizon contract. They took my S5 phone and told me to come back with the final bill to get an AmEx card to pay off my contract. 2 weeks later I go back with a $250 Verizon bill and they tell me they made a mistake and because I did not buy one of their phone I was not eligible for a contract buy out. They said they had to e-mail their HQ to get my phone back, that was 3 weeks ago and I'm still getting the run around. Fraud, theft, unethical business, I recommend you get everything in writing prior to giving them anything. Very bad experience.

Abhorrent service. The sales reps Tabitha and Michael were too busy flirting and talking with each other rather than paying attention to the customers. They screwed up all of our accounts, then were unable to correct their mistakes for 1.5 hours. They disconnected the wrong phone and account. They were very rude and uncooperative. They were incredibly uneducated and incompetent. They refused to apologize for their mistakes and became irritated at the fact that they cannot do their very simple jobs properly. Waste of time and space, both the booth and the sales reps.

Horrible service. Manager Daniel, is rude, upselling customers. When my family member decided to return equipment that she bought there, but didnt use., he said they dont accept returns., which goes against their return policy, written on their receipt! When my sister came there the second time, after a phone call to Sprint HQ, he was even worse, and this time "credit card machine was down", and when he got confronted with the fact that he can process return with his credit card processor over the phone (i work for Point of Sale Customer service, so i know for a fact it is possible), he said he cant help, he wont do it, to come again later. No offer to help, not even a slightest attempt to resolve the situation with the dissatified customer. Horrible service and RUDE MANAGER! BEWARE of this store and try at all cost avoiding doing business there!
