Jose is the best employee ever. He tried his absolute best to make sure we saved as much money as possible. If you have any issues especially regarding iPhones go to Jose. Love this store.

Today's September 29-17.& I just went to this store to pay off a phone.& The store MANAGER,gave us the WORST EVER CUSTOMER SERVICE. the manager,named.BOBBY K. should find other line of work.because he's EITHER too sensitive.or has a problem understanding ENGLISH.TOO BAD FOR SPRINT.

At least one staff who answers phones on Sundays is not informed and will give you incorrect advise, "we don't have adaptors for old sprint phones." She also has not been trained properly and will disconnect you!  If I listened to her, I would have thought that I would not be able to access my photos from an old Sprint phone of mine.  So if someone says it can't be done, make sure you ask someone else or call another store.  W.C. Broadway Sprint store staff told me that he'll be able to download my photos within 20 mins.
