The Pleasant Hill Best Buy is the worst one ever.  Attempted to get Geek Squad assistance and explained to them my tech situation, but they told me to call the Geek Squad phone, which they provided to me.  They did not want to assist in the moment, which I can understand, but still don't sent in the wrong direction. They guaranteed my computer issue with Office 365 would be solved quick and efficiently over the phone. So  I did as they said and after over and hour and 3 transfers on the phone, the person assisting me just hung-up. Thankfully even though the person who helped me did not recommend it I set up a Geek Squad Appointment at another Best Buy. I went to the Dublin Best Buy and I was told by there Geek Squad that the Pleasant Hill Geek Squad, should not have given me that number because that would have fixed nothing.  Whoever provided that phone number at Pleasant Hill is giving false information. That phone number he gave me was a joke and led me down a rabbit hole. Dublin Best Buy was great the solved my computer issue and were patient.

Generally you can expect the same experience at all best buys and they are all nice so they get a 5 star. The associates that I ran into were all very good with their customer service and I had no issues when I came to return a smart light that unfortunately didn't work with my router.

I am NOT a fan of Best Buy but if I continue to get the same excellent service that I received from this location in my home state of CT, they will win me over. I went in with a specific problem and had real time constraints because I had to get to a memorial service, where I was going to use a flat screen that I purchased from them.  They stopped everything to resolve my issues quickly and even set the tv up in the store so I was ready to go when I arrived at the service.
Can't thank them enough. God bless.

Guys seem to be very busy and not very knowledgeable. Same guy can be at the cash register our walking the floor selling tablets. I Would prefer to see people dedicated to one particular product
