worst customer EVER! I came in the store and waited nicely, so I cruised around the store. I turned off one of the speakers because I was using a phone next to it and it was bothering me. 

After the MANAGERS came and said "DO YOU WANT TO GET ME FIRED?", I SAID "HUH?", then he replied "because the speaker is off". Then he just walked off.

Came in and was greeted by the two rudest, most unprofessional personel I have ever encountered. If I can give negative star, I will. To the manager/owner of this store, if you want to earn people business, read the reviews and train your employees how to be a representative. To anybody reading this review, DON'T GO HERE, go somewhere else!!!

Key thoughts - favoring Hispanics, jealous of tech people, unmotivated employees from low income

My experience
   Customer service is not the best here.
   After contacting T-Mobile customer service they were suppose to take customer returns regardless of any reason being defective.
   The associate that gave my phone had a sense of jealousy or some sort of eager as I mentioned I purchased the new MacBook at the apple store and wanted to get the new iPhone to match my MacBook. Unfortunately associates here seem to not like they’re job.
   After contacting customer service, I was told to go to a corporate t-mobile (not 3rd party like this one) to have someone write a report, was told that they are sorry this had happen and to get a return rejected after 5 minutes of use. (For the iPhone case)

I’m assuming they don’t get paid as much compared to corporate retailers because this type of service usually happens to people with low income or some sort of disparagement/unhappiness in life. 

However there are other T-Mobile locations offer great customer service. As I got to keep my return and receive a full refund as an apology.

It was the worst experience in buying phones ever. After 3 hours of worthless customer service, I ended up being charged almost $1000 and end up with no phone and a horrible mood! I wouldn't recommend this store to my enemies! I went to another store and they were able to get everything done in less than 15 minutes!
