So first of all yes there was quite a bit of a wait but that can be avoided by setting up an appointment. Second, the associates there are super friendly and helpful and not at all misleading. Johnathan helped us with upgrading my phone and answered every question we had.

My in-store experience wasn’t terrible but a week later when I called in to see if my order was delivered I was placed on hold for 40 minutes- I then had to call back 4 times just to speak with one employee all to be told that my order wasn’t there yet. I get that it gets busy but come on. That was ridiculously ridiculous.

I waited here for 2 hours because I had been charged for my bill twice. I had to be "put on the list" 3 times because apparently the first 2 people who "put me on the list" didn't put me on the waiting list. Then I was told there was nothing they could do about my bill and that I had to call customer service, even though I was sent here by another location after they said only a corporate location could help me. I've never had good experiences here. Don't come here unless you absolutely have to. This is my first review I've ever written, but I'm so pissed I had to let people know.

I was in and out of there in minutes. I was impressed with the professionalism and efficient process for the inspection and getting me ready to be on my way.

I got scam here . She lied  and make my bill go up . Don't trust them. Everyone be careful to make a deal with them. The worst store ever. Hope no one have scam like me.
