Great campground for families. They have a pool, spa, playground, and mini golf. Bike and kayak rentals are available. The only thing I don't care for are the sites are packed in and no privacy. We set up our tent in the "primitive" area which is right on the water. Its the best spot for tents. There's a shelter set up in the front of the primitive sites w/o the electricity for charging or whatever.

Staff was great , cabin was awesome, location is great and I live close to the KOA. All our neighbors were great some college kids on break but they were pretty quiet for breakers!!!!! We did not even use all the amenities. Need more time. We will be back.. from Happy Campers

Nice campground and well situated close to the beach. I thought it was a little pricey for short stays. Several area motels were cheaper. We only stayed 3 nights while visiting relatives. I understand by talking to seasonal residents it was much better priced by the month. All in all I would stay here again.

This place is so cute, very organized, we rented a deluxe cabin, it came with everything we needed for our spring break. The campground has lots of amenities, like pool, hot tub, playground, laundry station, ice and water machine, volleyball court and etc.... there is also a place where you can rent bicycles. Love this place, it is now our new vacation destination.

This place is ridiculous. We tent camped there over the weekend and just wanted to go home the whole time. Our family got eaten alive by sand fleas on our site which should be taken care of with the exorbitant prices they charge to stay there. 10pm is quiet time but nobody there seems to care. We didn't care that people partied past 10 but when it gets to 1am and the music is still blaring and people are still yelling you would think the workers would give a damn. . . But nope. There is absolutely no privacy so you're basically sharing your vacation with several people including those that decide to walk straight through your site without a care in the world. They're lucky they could fit through our site at all with it being the tiniest campsite I've ever seen. Plus we had the luxury of being directly next to a charging room where everyone can charge their electronics. It's very lovely trying to sleep with the light from the room lighting up our tent. We love to camp and have through tropical storms and several other mishaps but this is the only trip we completely regretted. We will NEVER stay at another KOA in general because of this place and will tell the world to NEVER stay at the one in St. Petersburg. Save your money. Please. You'll regret it otherwise.
