I've been to a lot of Staples and Office Depot. Most of the stores haven't reached my satisfaction because some associates don't have the proper knowledge as to what they're talking about--some of them don't even show enthusiasm anymore. This store, on the other hand, shows great costumer service! Joel has helped me a lot on selecting a printer: he has taught me what to expect when buying a printer and how to save big when selecting a printer. His degree of courtesy and his enthusiasm is helping the store a lot as well as the other great associates for their friendly attitudes. Keep it up!

As a Staple reward member I'm disappointed. All of the self printers were down, so I had to wait 30 minutes for a preorder print job. Then the clerk forgot to give me a receipt, so I had to wait another 20 minutes to be checkout. It is not the clerks fault but managements for poor operation and handling of this location. Update: 12/07/17 I came back and received another disappointing experience. I was charged extra to have a pre-ordered print job done within the same day. They claimed that this was a new policy, but there was nothing in writing giving me notice of this policy. I spoke with the floor manger working at 7:30pm and he said there is nothing that he can do for me. Really?

5 stars here because of my experience with Nathan in the copy center. Not only did he do a great job helping me with custom signs for my business, the copy center was extremely busy while I was there and he did an awesome job multitasking. He seriously did the job of two people and was extremely courteous and helpful to every customer who came to the center. I also witnessed him deal with a customer who had been in the day prior and whoever had worked that day forgot to print the order. The customer was very upset, and Nathan did an amazing job apologizing and resolving the situation. Despite people having to wait to be helped because it was so busy, no one was upset because Nathan did a great job acknowledging everyone as soon as they came to the counter, and they could see that he was doing the best he could to be efficient and help everyone. I have worked in customer service for a long time and know how hard it is to find employees like Nathan. Staples is very lucky to have him!

Good price for a computer chair. Added a assembly fee to the charge that we didn't ask for. Reviewed the receipt and found the charge. They did reimburse the charges for the assembly fee after trying to up sell a warranty.

I usually don't purchase at this particular Staples location. However, it will be my first and last time. The lady in the print and marketing center was extremely rude on the phone. I spoke with the manager on shift, Ephraim initially did not seem as concerned with the lady's disposition until I asked for the General Manager's contact information. Customer Service at this store is nonexistent!
