Tom and Adriana are so good they take care of customer and keep us updated  in deliveries of our  furniture and help us out to setup the furniture for our new house.   we had a great experience working with both. 

If anyone to buy form star furniture then ask for Tom or Adriand .

Absolutely loved the shopping experience at Star in Sugar Land. We worked with Bill Franks and he provided prompt, personalized,  and professional service. I can not yet rate the delivery process as our furniture does not get delivered until next week. However. 5 stars for Bill-ALL the way!!

Terry remembered all the details of our flood experience last year and sensitively walked me through the decisions I needed to make about the Brazos' current visit to my living room. He helped me choose reasonable, lovely living room furniture. 

He also went out of his way to find, and obtain a discount on replacements for two dining chairs that floated for a week. I was, therefore able to safely and economically re-create my dining room set. A big savings thanks to Star!

Good selection, Convenient location. 
The store promised to deliver furniture by Mid-December. I still haven’t received the pieces one month later. The staff and sales associate didn’t care to inform or follow up with us regarding the delay.

Our sales representative, Muhammad, was outstanding in assisting us to choose from all the beautiful furniture at the Star Furniture Sugar Land location. We are very pleased with the friendly, professional service, and the quality and comfort of the furniture.
