Sales team is a little less knowledgeable about their product than other dealers in the area. However, they're willing to haggle and have fair prices. The Auto Buttler add-on is nice if you're willing to spend a little extra. Service department is always friendly and helpful. Have always had a good service experience.

A note of thanks to the complete service dept. for their prompt attention for a customer visiting from out of town.   Our special thanks to Sean Hippe.  who did a great job of taking care of  our 2007  Dodge 3500 Ram.  Special thanks to the mechanic who did the work and got us home to California  Again thanks to Sean for the military discount.  I go back to the late 50's and early 60's as a veteran .    Don't want to forget the person who left us with a good car wash.   I'm sure my friend, who lives in Prescott, who  took me to your dealership  was impressed and will pass his and  my  experience on to friends.    Our warm regards     Philip  Sherry

Most of my family buys our trucks here, they have always treated us very well and i have no complaints whatsoever. The service department is wonderful i have had a ton of work done to my truck and they have always given me a good deal and done excellent work. If i ever need anything they are there and always fix any mistake they've made.

I had a recall notice for my airbag on my 2003 Dodge Ram pickup. I called the service depart ment to schedule an appointment, which they gave me at the end of the month. In the meantime, I needed a oil change. When I went in, I told Diana, the service writer, that I needed my oil changed and that I was scheduled for the airbag at the end of the month, to which she took things into her own hands. She said that they could install it at the same time, saving me a repeat trip to the dealership. Diane seems to be a  take charge kind of employee and a asset to York Dodge. She was very professional and  personal at the same time. I hope she is appreciated by your company.

York Dodge's secret weapon is Jake. Yeah, I had a 5 hour "Express Lane" experience but Jake kept me informed as to the delay, was professional and courteous. Stuff happens when dealing with auto repairs but Jake has always been great to deal with. Probably doesn't get paid enough! (Hint)
