Placed a mobile order and clicked I was ready to pick up. Took 7 minutes to get to the store and still waited another 10 minutes just to get a few donuts and 2 sandwhiches. Watched multiple customers order and take food while I waited. So much for mobile order saving time.

Eventually I will stop trying this place, every time my order is either wrong or cold. Totally not worth the frustration. Would give 0 stars if possible.

This is the only Dunkin' in the area to ever make my drinks right I've brought a drink from both Marion and Edgewood Dunkin' to this dunkin to get remade because they're almost always messed up... However they're never messed up at this Dunkin' and the employees are always nice... The general manager today I didn't catch his name but I remember his tag said manager.. he just remade my coffee exactly how it's supposed to be and was completely nice and understanding as I was also in a rush... I love my coffee and this is the best Dunkin' in the area if you want it done right 💖

I go here almost everyday for my ice coffee with caramel, amd every once in a while I'll get a donut. But I love coming here, it's fast and the employees are great! I also love the fact that I can usr the dunkin donuts app to pay for my food and get rewards.

I walked in to the Blairs Ferry Road store at 8:30 am on this past Tuesday morning.  The young man at the counter finished with the customer in front of me and then walked away saying he would be with me in a moment.  He then proceeded to walk back and forth talking with other employees and helping with drive up orders.  There were four associates that I saw and none of them offered to help me.  I am usually very patient, but they were not that busy and I had to report downtown to the Federal Court House for Grand Jury duty!  I waited for a total of 15 minutes without anyone even acknowledging me and the customer now behind me in line when I finally had to walk out without the 4 dozen donuts I was planning to buy.  Ridiculously bad customer service!!
