Good food, decent prices.  Won't leave hungry.  Could use an extra waitress to help handle the busy times, but the staff they do have are doing great.

The food has always been good at any Riley location I've been to but each and every single one has staffing issues. The staff they have is great but not enough to run the place smoothly. It's like the owners want to try and save money by skimping on employees. Long term way to lose customers guys.

If I could give it no stars i would. I cant even express how poor our experience was. It's labor day and it was busy. I get busy! What I don't get is walking in, getting a table and being helped by a pleasant waitress who brought us coffee and took our order then we never saw her again....or anyone else for that matter. It's like we fell into a black hole!  We sat there for an hour and a half and had 2 cups of coffee and I had to go to the counter myself to get the second cup. When our food finally came we didn't even get everything that we ordered but  you better believe we got charged!  So disappointed. I would have asked to talk to a manager but wait...we were in that black hole and didn't exist.

The food is absolutely amazing, I'm never dissatisfied. Everything I've tried on the menu tastes fantastic. The only complaint is sometimes there are long waits, but that is to be expected. I will always eat at Riley's when I'm in town. The long waits are always worth it. Staff is always super friendly too.
