Food is okay hot and usually right but the customer service is rough. She called my name, and when I checked the number Ricky is a common name, and the guy beside me was also a ricky she replied "what you don't know your own name at your age?" Unneeded when I am trying to keep you from remaking a wrong order...at least the frappe machine is always working.

Food is always cold whether it's take out or dine in, if the order is right.  Fries are the worst, Big Macs are always put together very sloppy, and the quarter pounders are made to orderFood: 1/5

All the workers was back there talking and carrying one and it took them about 10 minutes before they waited on me or anyone else I mean once they took our order we got our order quick but it just took forever to get waited onFood: 4/5

Don't like how they automatically charge you a "bag fee" without even asking if you need a bag.  We ordered 2 apple pies which we could have  easily placed in a bag we were already carrying...  Although it was only 10 cents, that 10 cents adds up when charging millions of customers...

The food is pretty good but nuggets are greasy. I use the app to get good deals and rewards so can't complain too much. Overall i like it.Food: 4/5

All good, but fries need to be crisper. for awhile there you were being known for limpy fries which is sad cause I know a lot of customers come just for the fries !!!Recommended dishesChicken Mcnuggets, French Fries

Breakfast was good. Place was clean. Staff was friendly.

Terrbile place, very rude over the intercome, foods never made as asked. Fries are barely ever fresh. In the mornings the bagels are always hard and sometimes the streaks are lil pieces of nastiness that should had never been sent out. This place is horrible. At the bottom is the large fry i got today also. Not a large and not fresh fries they look horrible.

I have always had problems with this McDonald's and their customer service. This time was a little worse, I pulled up to the window with an employee just dropping f bombs left and right and looked me dead in my eyes and kept going. Then I get my kids meal and notice after getting home there are no apple slices in the meal just fries. This will be the last time I go to this McDonald's.
