We are currently sitting here on Christmas Day enjoying food and delicious drinks. The staff are amazing! Really made us feel welcomed and were so helpful. What an amazing start to our Christmas Day! Happy holidays from our small Kiwi family!
Edited* This review is not for the African American gentleman that made/handed me my drink if he made it because he was friendly and polite. Although whoever made it missed the fact that I had asked for no foam on my mobile order, I don’t blame them because it happens. This review is for the lady that wore glasses Hispanic I think? that helped me after. I don’t normally check my drinks because I trust that the baristas know what they’re doing. But I checked to make sure there was no milk foam in my coffee today because I don’t like it. When I told the lady at the drink station, she very sarcastically said “okay, remove the top” so I removed the lid and she scoops out the foam and simply hands me back my coffee. Mind you, this coffee was almost $6 and after scooping the foam out, a whole chunk of coffee is missing. If I wanted to pay $6 for a coffee that’s not even full, I would’ve just made it myself. I have gotten coffee before with foam even after asking no foam, but I usually let it go because I’ve left the store by then. But let’s be honest, Starbucks coffee is not cheap and most customers want to get what they pay for. I can’t help but feel that I was gipped. For the lady that “helped” me today, if you see this and think your customer service was okay, it’s not but hopefully it’ll improve.
Freddy at the cash was so friendly and kind. It’s a gift to have energy like that when people are cycling in and out getting their orders. My caramel brûlée latte and spinach feta wrap was what I need to start the day
Groovy chill place, sign badly lit. This Starbucks is nice, chill warm atmosphere. Good place to meet with friends & catch up or break out the books/computer and study. However, they have no illuminated sign, and unless you know where to look, you will easily miss this Starbucks after dark. So I subtract one star from what might otherwise be a perfect rating. It's right next to the Dunkin Donuts if that helps.
Oh what a great Starbucks !!! I’ve been to hundreds- nay thousands of Starbucks , and I must confess this one is so nice and homey. The vibe and location of this Starbucks is perfect.

My wife ordered a dragon fruit drink no ice since the cups are 98% ice & asked for ice on the side. She also asked them to put extra dragon fruit. They gave her a cup half full and said the other half can either be water or ice. To make matters worse the entire dragon drink was weak and basically diluted with water and never had the extra my wife asked for. All other starbucks ive been to have no issues putting extra scoops of powder mixes or flavor syrups. As long as it fits in the cup, you are allowed to order to your taste. Now I had to go back myself and demand the appropriate drink and they gave me a full cup with dragon fruit , with the extra flavor and no ice. Be aware and make sure you get what you paid for.
The guys at the store are so friendly and the energy is great. Most importantly, the service is outstanding!!! They have a great knowledge of all the products served. There was a super busy crowd and the two gentlemen took care of the crowd expeditiously!!!!! I stopped here Saturday, November 13 at 1 pm —Absolute best service I’ve ever received at Starbucks!!
The friendliest and most energetic staff. Very polite, kind and helpful. Knew a lot of the regulars names. Very refreshing to see at a chain coffee shop
Typically a reliable and high quality Starbucks. But tonight closed an hour earlier than the Starbucks app said. There's no inclement weather or reason offered for closing early. I don't know why this has become the new norm for Starbucks around here.
