I’m not sure if all Starbucks locations do this but in this location particularly you need to buy something to order to get ice  water ! VERY STINGY OF THEM! .  They now deserve NO stars at all!  I’m never patronizing them anymore!

Tried to get a drink here, but the barista with green curly hair was condescending as hell and instead of suggesting another drink, she insulted me and sent me to another Starbucks. I've worked as a barista and honestly, her customer service skills are poor and she needs to drop her little attitude. Pathetic.

Rude staff! What’s wrong Starbucks? I’m coming to buy a drink, not asking for a free drink!

I've been here a couple of times. I know that starbucks has their policies for how they should treat customers. One of them being is to feel welcomed and heard. This young man that was there as a cashier on Sunday dec12 around 3 was rude. He doesn't deserve to have this position in starbucks. If he doesn't want to work he should not be there and give the job to someone who needs it and has  better customer service than I experienced.

Waited to be met with a rude, impatient, ghetto, cashier, she got upset because I had a special order. When I began to tell her my order, she kept on interrupting me to say "that's it" ,"that's it", then when I told her let me finish, she began to get loud, flash her hands like a maniac, until another employee had to step in and finish my order. Very embarrassing for this establishment to have these type of people dealing with customers.
