Had a rough morning. A bit under the weather, so I wore mask. Went in for a cup of coffee to relax. Tried to order the new fall drink. I pointed to the poster behind the cashier while ordering. The response was just rude. Repeatedly said she cannot hear me. While I was pointing to the poster, she didn't even attempt to acknowledge I was interested in the product posted behind her.  I tried to go in to get relax. The experience just got my morning worse!  ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------  Follow up after Owner's response  I don't think the service I received followed the Starbucks service training. It would be hard for me to believe that Starbucks doesn't have training for frontline service staff. If the trainings were not practiced, more suggestions are in vain.  Feedback: 1. Simply, Her attitude. Her tone sounded unfriendly and impatient. 2. She interrupted my second attempt with more impatient. 3. She completed ignored my nonverbal message.  I felt like I was in a rough neighborhood bodega.

Starbucks is a franchise and usually every place is very similar. However, in this Starbucks the baristas were exceptional. They were patient with me navigating the Starbucks app. and they just did well in making the coffee; i.e., they gave me exactly what I ordered and it was great.Food: 5/5

The drinks are made well most times.  The service is spotty. Baristas don't welcome you when you enter save for the manager and shift supervisor  not a friendly place for the most part. Always clean.  Bad attitudes in thereFood: 5/5

No toilet paper, no soap, wet and stinky floor, homeless people. The staff is not happy and I had to repeat my order three times and in order for them memorize that I want single espresso shot in my latte.

I ordered a special Frappuccino and received a regular cream Frappuccino. I even asked prior to picking it up if the ingredients were in it like the white mocha and the attendant said yes. To my dismay it was an overpriced milkshake. This is the 2nd time my order was incorrect at this site. I think ill stay away.

Friendly, efficient staff. Spacious open layout with great full sun on the corner. All of the seating options: wall bench seats, window barstools, espresso barstools, single comfy chairs, plenty of 2seater tables by the windows. They packed in as many outlets as possible. Next to FDNY HQ and NYPD, so they are frequently here.

Needed a place to wait for someone and it was really cold and windy out. Headed to this Starbucks and got a delicious coffee.Food: 5/5

Had to make a new review. This store has gone to trash. I ordered a Chai Tea Latte with Oat milk and I know it wasn't made right. I got a apple spice for a friend and it was another chai tea. If you can't make the drink, don't make it. Please teach your bariatas. We are spending a lot of money to have the drinks we enjoy and not having the hassle of coming back and having you remake it. And when we call to speak to someone about it, no one answers the phone! Folks don't bother going there to buy anything. Find another Starbucks or find a different coffee shop.
