I truly have no negative things to say.  This place is AMAZING!!!  A very kind and professional  staff,  the coffees are really tasty.  The environment is laid back and relaxing.  A great place to kick back,  get a great drink,  listen to music,  and unwind.  I highly recommend the place...........

An outstanding Starbucks with outstanding baristas. This is good place to snack on a delicious sandwich, enjoy a great cup of coffee, or tea, and catch up on the local news and views of Alexandria.

If I could give this shop a negative rating I would.  I only go in when I have forgotten the bad service the last time.  Today was typical.  The drink did come right out this time (unusual) but they had forgotten to put the sandwich in. I stood waiting for several minutes before they asked and then weren't in a rush to fix the problem.  And it wasn't even very busy.

I've been going to this location for a few months now. I always order the same drinks & never had issues until recently. My drinks never taste the same, even when I mention it & they remake it, they still taste bad. It's bad when you just leave because you're frustrated & end up dumping the drink out because of how bad it taste. I'll be going to the Starbucks down the street from now on.
