Very difficult to deal with. I needed to transfer my insurance coverage to another agent in SC when I moved out of the area.  Not customer friendly.

State farm is a great Insurance company. The office of John Mallett is terrific.
All the employes are helpful. My special helper is Joann which I had her for years. I am very happy with this office and Insurance.
