*** The Account rep we had been dealing with is no longer with the agency. I received a call from another Account Rep regarding my negative experience. Seems the agency owners were upset regarding the negative feedback. I can honestly report that my experience and resolution was important to them. I appreciate that instead of writing it off and hoping for the best, they sought to resolve any residual problems. Just as important as negative feedback is the positive feedback when the company you do business with seeks to right the wrong. Thanks to Leslie for her kind follow up!

Horrible Agency....took over a month to recieve claim on totalled car. Then had to go through banks and adjust because agency "did not want to get in the middle of it" Looking for new agency
